Satellite WAN

features dedicated CIR bandwidth, custom tailored QoS configuration precisely matching your applications, robut SLA,
immediate replacement hardware warranty and support of Communicaitons On The Move (COTM) and on the pause (COTP)
deployment.

BusinessCom Enterprise Services integrate everything required to deploy duplex satellite broadband connectivity
virtually anywhere using standard Ethernet connections to your local network and TCP/IP protocols—all while
delivering the highest throughput speeds in the industry. The solution allows users to easily accommodate current
and future bandwidth requirements. BusinessCom provides iCNO access to Network Management System as well as Sentinel
monitoring and bandwidth management access for all essential monitor and control operations from a centrally located
network operations center (NOC).

The solution is available on Ku- and C-Band beams on a variety of geostationary satellites providing global
coverage. Lower frequency ranges are used to provide increased rain fade resilience. Deterministic MF-TDMA and
innovative Adaptive TDMA with AUPC is used on the return channel to boost satellite spectrum efficiency to the near
Shannon limit. The solution also supports optional 256-bit AES encryption when deployed in point-to-point
configuration, as well as Automatic Beam Switching (ABS) and Global NMS support.

BusinessCom Enterprise Services integrate with a wide range of BusinessCom advanced network solutions, such as
Sentinel PF operating system for management and WAN optimization and MPLS IP/VPN terrestrial extensions from SE1 and
other terrestrial networks. The VSAT solution, when deployed with BusinessCom
Telephony Services, delivers crystal clear voice quality independently on what other applications are in use. The
solution can be configured with an optional HD videoconferencing system for guaranteed video QoS on a 24/7 basis.
